Notice to consumer : Water supply interruption at Sibu Durin area

Please be informed that there is a suspected main burst on the 280mm diameter HDPE Submarine main at Durin. Therefore water supply to Durin area may be affected by low water pressure or no water. The Board has arranged a team to detect the burst point and will carry out  repairs as soon as possible.

An alternative water supply system has been diverted to some of the affected areas at Durin to minimize the impact. In the meantime, the Board is also delivering water to Durin area by our water tanker upon request. Customers are advised to use water wisely immediately to avoid unnecessary interruption.

Any inconvenience caused to the customers is very much regretted.
