INTERRUPTION OF SWB GENERAL TELEPHONE LINE & HOTLINE

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that we are facing disruption of our general telephone line and Hotline. All incoming or outgoing calls will face the following disorders:

1. Not reachable;
2. Line busy;
3. There is a ringtone but no answer by our telephonist;
4. Noise.

We have contacted the relevant service provider/contractors and they will attend to the issues soonest possible.  Any inconvenience caused is very much regretted.
