Revision of Grace Period for Disconnection of Water Supply due to Non-Payment

As part of efforts to reduce the percentage bill arrears of customers, the Ministry of Public Utilities Sarawak has issued an instruction dated 10 February 2012 whereby with effect from March 2012, the disconnection of water supply due to non-payment will be carried out immediately upon the expiry of the grace period of 2 months. The grace period has been shortened by one month from the 3 months as practiced currently.
